Integrative Therapeutic Massage
A treatment for your entire body with focused attention on areas that are tight, sore or painful. Oil or lotion is used for gliding, kneading strokes. Leaves you feeling grounded, nutured and relaxed.

.5 hour: $30
1 hour: $60
1.5 hours: $85

Add a 10-minute hot-towel aromatherapy treatment for $10.

Hot moist towels and essential oils are integrated throughout your massage. Allow an extra 10 minutes.

Hot Stone Massage
Large hot stones provide deep relaxing warmth to common stress points of your body while smaller warm stones are used for gliding strokes and trigger point therapy. Drink plenty of water before this massage.

1 hour: $80
1.5 hours: $100

Chair Massage
Provide a special treat for your hard-working employees. A brief chair massage soothes sore muscles, stimulates blood flow and revives mental clarity—without taking much time out of the day. Either employer paid, or employees pay at the time of service. $15 per 15 minutes; two-hour minimum. Call for details

Dinner and Massage
You and your special someone receive relaxing hour-long massages, while personal chef Rhonda Lai cooks up a scrumptious three-course meal. You’ll arrive at the dinner table relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to enjoy a delicious meal. Call me at 503-481-9138 for more details.

Table Massage
Receive a massage in the comfort of your own home, or make your next event, such as a bridal or baby shower, extra special. $60 per hour, plus a $20 travel fee.
